Star Type Overcharge Safety Clutching Shaft
When the agricultural machine is out of order or there is a trouble in the machine while working, the tractor shaft will continue to rotate. Due to the kinetic energy that comes out as a result of this, either shaft or the pivots on the tractor or agricultural machine. When faced with such problem, Star Type Overcharge Safety Clutching Shaft is used to remove the kinetic energy without damaging the tractor, the agricultural machine, and the shafts with universal joints.
This safety mechanism is made up of gin pipe, gin ball and and gin spring fixed within holes on the surface of the gin ball and gin safety catch.
When the conditions mentioned above are met, the springs within the seating over the ball as a result of forcing too much move back and forth and consequently safety catch moves back and forth, which leads to the movement of the gin ball within the gin pipe and the removal of the kinetic energy without damaging the tractor, the agricultural machine and the shafts with universal joints.
The free backward transformational clutching (gin mechanism side) of the shaft is connected to the agricultural machine.
If there is a problem with the tractor or the agricultural machine, and a continuous leakage within the gin mechanism, the tractor is stopped. Then, the problem is found out and the shaft is operated only after the eradication of the problem. If the machine is not stopped, there will be wear and tear in the inner side mechanism with the passage of time.
